DELOOPD Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-05-27 · Effective date: 2026-04-28
Welcome to DELOOPD. We're glad you're here.
DELOOPD is a faith-informed emotional support app built around the Spiral Breaker framework, a five-step process to help you name what you're feeling, interrupt unhelpful patterns, and move forward with intention. It's owned and operated by Harvest Cruise Pty Ltd (ABN 47 691 204 583), an Australian company.
By creating an account and using DELOOPD, you agree to these Terms. Please read them. They're written in plain language because we believe you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to.
1. DELOOPD Is Not Therapy
DELOOPD is a self-guided, faith-informed emotional support tool built around the Spiral Breaker framework. It helps you notice unhelpful thought patterns, interrupt them, and choose new actions, all grounded in Christian values and powered by AI.
DELOOPD is not:
- A licensed mental health, counselling, or psychological service
- A medical, clinical, or crisis service
- A substitute for diagnosis, therapy, or professional advice
- An emergency resource
DELOOPD does not:
- Provide therapy, counselling, clinical treatment, or mental health care
- Replace the professional relationship between you and a qualified mental health provider
- Guarantee or promise any outcome, result, or specific benefit
AI responses in DELOOPD follow the Spiral Breaker framework to support your self-reflection and growth. These responses are not clinical advice or therapy, and do not form a therapeutic, clinical, or professional relationship between you and Harvest Cruise Pty Ltd.
If you have, or think you may have, a mental health condition, please connect with a qualified psychologist, counsellor, or medical professional. DELOOPD is designed as a complement to professional support, not a replacement for it.
Use of DELOOPD is at your own risk.
2. If You're in Crisis, Please Reach Out
DELOOPD is not an emergency service and cannot respond to crises in real time.

6. Subscription, Free Trial, and Billing
6.1 Free Trial
New subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial beginning on the date of account creation. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Your card will not be charged during the 14-day trial period. At the end of the 14-day trial (day 15), your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your nominated payment method will be charged at the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
6.2 Cancellation During Trial
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period at no cost. To cancel, navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription within the app. Your access will continue until your trial period ends and you will not be charged.
6.3 Billing Plans
Following the trial period, you may choose from the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days from the date your paid subscription commenced.
- Annual: Billed once every 12 months from the date your paid subscription commenced. Annual subscribers receive access to the app for the full 12-month period paid in advance.
You will receive a confirmation of each charge to the email address associated with your account.
6.4 Cancellation: Monthly Plans
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time within the app by navigating to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the app until that date. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a current monthly billing period, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6.5 Cancellation: Annual Plans
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time within the app by navigating to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal charge; no refund is issued for the current annual period already paid, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. You will retain full access to the app until the end of your paid annual period regardless of when you cancel.
6.6 Switching Plans
You may switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. If you switch from monthly to annual, the annual rate will apply from your next billing date. If you switch from annual to monthly, the change will take effect at the end of your current annual period and no pro-rata refund is issued for the difference, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6.7 Renewal Reminders
We will send you a reminder by email at least 7 days before your annual subscription renews, including the amount that will be charged and instructions for cancelling if you do not wish to renew. Monthly subscribers will receive a billing confirmation after each charge.
6.8 Price Changes
We may change our subscription pricing from time to time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
6.9 Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your subscription and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. For minor failures, we are entitled to remedy the issue within a reasonable time. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6.10 Trial Eligibility
The free trial is available to new subscribers only. We reserve the right to determine trial eligibility and to withdraw or modify the trial offer at any time for new sign-ups. Existing or previous subscribers are not eligible for a further free trial.
7. AI-Generated Content
DELOOPD's experience is powered by artificial intelligence, guided by the Spiral Breaker framework. Here's what that means for you:
How the AI works
The AI generates responses using your input and the Spiral Breaker framework. It does not see your full history, and it does not have clinical, medical, or human review in real time.
What this means for you
- AI responses may sometimes feel incomplete, off-target, or not right for your situation. This is normal for AI
- DELOOPD does not guarantee AI responses will be accurate, appropriate, or helpful for your needs
- AI-generated content is not professional mental health advice or a substitute for clinical care or crisis help
- You are responsible for your own decisions and how you use what the AI shares
Use your judgement
If a response doesn't sit right with you, you can ignore it. Trust your own discernment. If you are distressed or have a serious mental health need, reach out to a professional (see Section 2 for crisis contacts).
Harvest Cruise Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, harm, or distress that may arise from using or relying on AI-generated content in DELOOPD. See Section 9 for our full limitation of liability.
8. Our Content and Intellectual Property
Everything in DELOOPD (the Spiral Breaker framework, app design, written content, guided prompts, scripts, and branding) belongs to Harvest Cruise Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
Your content is yours. Anything you write in conversations or journal entries belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your personal reflections.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 What we are not liable for
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Harvest Cruise Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
- Any emotional, psychological, or mental harm from using DELOOPD or following AI responses
- Any loss of data or information
- Any actions or decisions you make by relying on content in the app
- Service interruptions or technical errors
- Acts or omissions of third-party services (such as Anthropic, Cloudflare, Stripe)
9.2 Liability cap
If we are found legally liable despite the above, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your DELOOPD subscription in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
9.3 Your consumer rights (Australia)
Nothing in these Terms limits or changes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. If our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as much as the law allows.
9.4 US users
If you live in the United States, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where required by law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted in your state.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- Continued access would cause harm to others or to the platform
If we terminate your account due to a breach, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing us at hello@deloopd.com.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
If you are located in the United States or another jurisdiction, local consumer protection laws may provide you with additional rights that these Terms cannot override.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of DELOOPD after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
